CAN I PRE-ORDER SHOES?
Unfortunately, we do not offer pre-order shoes at our store. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
At Shoes Store, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we are sorry to inform you that we do not offer returns or exchanges on our products. All sales are final. DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY?
Unfortunately, we do not offer same day delivery for our shoes. We want to make sure that each customer receives the highest quality product possible, and to do this we need time to process each order. We do, however, offer fast shipping options for customers who need their shoes in a hurry. Orders placed before noon are shipped the same day. Thank you for understanding.
